 PRICING (starting November 1, 2011) - FREE initial consultation
- At the client's request, an initial consultation can be scheduled (up to 1 hour)
- No charge if concierge service is booked at the time of initial consultation
- hourly service fee $40/hour
- 1 hour minimum
- After the 1st hour, the client is billed in 15-minute increments
- Regular business hours are 9am-5pm, Mon.-Fri. except holidays. However, some personal assistants may be available earlier, later, holidays and weekends. Let us know if you have a need that falls outside of regular business hours, and we can try to acommodate you.
- mileage/gas fee $0.55/mile
- This fee applies if the service request requires driving (errands, etc.)
- holiday fee $10/hour
- This fee is in addition to the hourly service fee if client needs service on a holiday
- Acceptance of the service request is based upon availability of personal assistants
- Holidays include New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve.
- cancellation fee
- This fee applies if the client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time and does not reschedule the service to occur within 14 days
- Client is charged for total service that was booked
- reshedule fee
- This fee applies if the client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time but reschedules the service to occur within 14 days
- Client is charged 1/2 of total service booked the day of cancellation plus regular fees when service is provided
- If Checkmark Concierge must reschedule service within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will do our best to re-book for the same number of hours within 14 days. Only severe illness, severe weather or other emergencies would cause us to reschedule. We go above and beyond to be there when our clients need us!
- rush fee $25
- This fee may apply if the client requests service to occur within 24 hours of the request
- Rush service requests may be filled based upon availability of personal assistants
- 24 hours notice is preferred for requests
- returned check fee $25
- This fee applies if a check is returned for non-payment
- We accept cash, check, credit card via phone or onsite or payment online via our website
- Prepayment and/or payment on the day of service is appreciated
- Can invoice if necessary (due within 30 days to avoid late fees)
